I'm Amy! Former Nurse, happily married most days, girl mom (drama manager), sister, friend... I am no different than you. I face the same struggles, live the same realities, and get knocked over by life's tough blows. However, I have found peace in the panic and a cushion in the chaos using my nursing mindset in my everyday life and with the support of my two girls, and a whole bunch of Jesus!
God blessed me with two girls whom I have watched blossom into beautiful young ladies. Our path has been bumpy, imperfections have been many, but last year's battle with cancer for my husband created a bond and connection with my girls that I will forever cherish.
There is no greater bond than sisterhood. Whether you are blessed with an earthly sister or God has dropped a few precious ladies in your life, sit back and grab the tissues as we walk the bumpy path together. And thank you to my girls, Haley and Abby, who have held my hand and walked a very rocky path over the last two years.

Meet Abs... our softball loving, school work hating, social butterfly! She is way better at being sneaky and has her Daddy's competitive edge. She keeps us on our toes, but has been a true compassionate friend to her mama through some tough days!
Sister Fact 7: Older sisters... bossy!
Meet Haley... Heading to college soon (Abby counting down the days), she is our horse enthusiast, outgrew her mama by middle school, and has carried more than her fair share over the last two years. Thanks for covering for mom in the last few years when you just needed to be a teen. You are wise beyond your years
Sister Fact 8: When you stand together, nothing else stands a chance.
Spread your wings and make your dreams come true,
and always hold tight to your sisterhood.
It is God created and will carry you through
tough waters and your lively hood.
You will celebrate together, your heart will ache together,
and at the end of the day, you will always remain together.
There is no greater bond that I could have shared
than the one of your sisterhood.
Go conquer the world, and dream big,
and always come back to your sisterhood.
God does not gift everyone with a sister, but those He does experience
life's greatest treasure.
