Low Carb Egg Bites - Macro Friendly

Looking a fast and easy breakfast on the go? Try these!


I usually make them the day before and then throw them in my lunch bag and go. They are perfect heated up. Try the carb friendly version as well.



Ingredients Needed:


4 Large Eggs

3 Sausage Patties

Green Peppers


Carb add on options:


Onions

Cheese

Mushrooms

Hash browns or diced potatoes

Any other items you like in an omelet


Step 1: Cook and chop up 3 sausage patties, spray muffin pan and evenly divide.


Step 2: Chop up green peppers, brown and add on top of the sausage chunks. (You could also add any other veggies, protein, cheese here as well)


Step 3: Whisk 4 large eggs and pour over sausage and peppers...


Step 4: Heat oven to 350 degrees and cook approximately 10 minutes until egg cooked through.

These are great reheated the next day. You can also pop them in the air fryer to reheat as well. Enjoy!
