While self-care looks different for everyone, it is essential that you find what you need and to find things that bring you joy. Remember, joy is not based on our circumstances. I love Rick Warren's reminder: "Joy is the settled assurance that God is in control of all the details of my life, the quiet confidence that ultimately everything is going to be all right, and the determined choice to praise God in all things."
